Barnes Air Conditioning Pty Ltd is an Australian owned and managed company that was established in 2002 by its owners/directors. We have had over 30 years experience in all aspects of this industry and have a “hands-on” involvement each day and at every level of operation of the business.
The company holds customer service and quality workmanship as a priority. Our aim is to provide our clients with a superior and personalised service with minimum delays. We also aim to service, maintain, repair and install our client’s equipment to the highest standard. We believe these qualities differentiate us from our competitors.
Since Barnes Air Conditioning was established our client base has grown substantially as a direct result of consistent customer referral.
We have also developed and continue to maintain a strong working relationship with our suppliers who provide us with quality materials and a priority of service.
Our staff is carefully selected according to qualifications, work ethic and ability to be a committed and motivated team member. They are highly valued and operate with honesty and integrity. We continue to train all staff members in company, industry and service areas including Work, Health and Safety (WHS). Each team member’s experience, qualifications and commitment are paramount to the operation of this company.

Barnes Air Conditioning regards compliance with all legislative requirements as the minimum standard. The safety of our staff and clients is imperative. As such our WHS policy is subject to regular internal and external review and includes:

Insurances And Licensing
All tradespersons including apprentices hold all necessary licenses and are trained to adhere to industry standards, codes and regulations. Barnes Air Conditioning has fully insured including Public & Products Liability ($20,000,000) and Workers Compensation insurance. Copies of current licenses and Certificates of Currency for insurance are provided to our clients on request.
